How much is postage?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £40.

Are your books new or pre-loved?

We stock both brand new and carefully selected pre-loved books. Product descriptions will always state which they are.

Can I choose the book in a Blind Date With a Book?

No, that’s part of the surprise! You can choose your preferred genre and let us do the rest.

How do you choose my Blind Date book?

We select a book based on the genre you choose, aiming to give you a great reading experience with no spoilers.

What comes inside a Blind Date With a Book?

Each box includes a wrapped book and a selection of bookish extras. The contents vary depending on the box you choose.

Can I request no duplicates?

Yes! Leave the titles or authors you already own in the order notes and we’ll do our best to avoid duplicates.

Can I request specific tropes or themes?

Yes! Leave your preferences in the order notes (for example, cosy mystery, enemies to lovers, or dark academia). We’ll do our best to match your request, subject to stock availability.

Do you gift wrap?

Every Blind Date With a Book is beautifully wrapped and ready to gift.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised items and opened Blind Date books cannot be returned unless faulty.

What if my book arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible; ideally within 24 hours. if your order arrives damaged, please include photographs of the item, the packaging and the shipping label so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly. We may ask you to retain the packaging while we process a claim with the courier.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the UK (Excluding Channel Islands).
